again, this one is a doozy, more so prehaps the the da vinci code one. again there is no film star, and this time round there is even less stuff to analyse. still, here we go. the mise en scene of the poster is simple, with just a background and title, with no picture. the color of the background is dark blue that gets brighter towards the middle were the title is located. its like some one is shining a light through the darkness, like they are searching for something. this has the conotation of rediscovery of something ancient. the mysterous symbols beneath the title reinforce the idea that this is something from another time, where magic ruled. there is not much more that can be said then this other then the style of the title. it is written in big and bold font that cathes the audiences attention. the color of the text isnt a whole which gives it a 3D quality, as though it has been carved on a wall rather then simply written. so yeah thats pretty much it for the poster analysts.
